Yes on all accounts, except for one exception ... for another 10 months or so you can drive from the U.S. to Canada without a passport. Otherwise, passports needed, might as well just get one, as all international travel will require one soon.

Yes, Yes and Yes. Been to Bahamas Went to Canada before new rules, Been in Mexico.

Nowadays you can't fly anywhere international without a passport.
