I've been told that I'm 'picky' 'dumb' 'irrational' etc. for seeking a man with the following:

-heart for God
-looks (....as in considerably head-turning w/a bit of a body)
-financial stability
-intelligence

really...is it that hard? I'm not a slouch myself, I know that I can offer all of these things

(I *hate* it when sub-par people complain that they can't find a model...i'm not hating...you know it's the truth)

but am I kidding myself that this exists? Be honest, I can handle it.

If you are looking for someone that has a heart for God, then you must and you need to just pray that god send you a man that makes you happy, maybe what you expect, but with God he'll probably surprise you.

Well, your first requiremet is definitely going to thin out an already narrow field. "Heart for God" dudes usually don't stay unmarried that long, since they're horny just like the rest of us and think they should get married first. Your best hunting ground is probably going to be church.

I don't know if you're dumb or irrational, but I would definitely say that list would qualify you as picky, and perhaps unrealistic.

Sad truth is most people with high standard have a hard time finding a mate. It's up to you if you want to make compromises or if you'd rather hold out and take a chance of being single.

It doesn't have to be perfect for it to work.

100% delusional.

I hate it when sub-par women complain that they can't find a guy with a heart for god, looks, financial stability & intelligence.

There is nothing wrong with having standards--but just know that a guy like that will be extremly hard to find if you ever find one just like that.

it most definately exists.

however, consider this:
if he truley has a heart for God, he's not likely to be into you just because you "can offer the same." he'll stop looking after that first criteria is suitibly met.
