My doctor has asked me to use a sun screen lotion with a high SPF as I have a lot of pigmentation. Is there any home remedy for protection against UV rays and skin pigmentation?

here are some home remedies for skin pigmentation...

The natural home remedy to remove the sunburn or sun tan is by applying tomato juice and butter milk in the ratio of 2: 4 on the affected parts. Leave this for = an hour and wash it off. Other method is to mix equal quantities of almond oil and honey and apply on the affected parts to get a better complexion.

or these....

1. Blanch and grind a few almonds to a fine paste with 2-table spoon milk and one tablespoon each of orange or carrot juice. Apply well on the face and neck, leave for 1/2 and hour, and wash it off.

2. Always use umbrella and a good sun cream while going in the sun. Drink plenty of water and include fresh fruits and vegetables in the daily diet.

3. Increase green leafy vegetables, carrots, whole grain cereals, and fresh fruits in your diet.

4. drink juice that is good for the skin. like, Tomato juice. Papaya and passion fruit is also an excellent drink. Mix both the fruits in the ratio of 3: 1. Cucumber juice as such or cucumber and pineapple juice combination is also very good.

No way. Just go to the store and get some you can get it for cheap. The only thing you can use at home is a hat and an umbrella, and thats no substitute for sunscreen, its just more of a precaution.
