another thing that MIGHT have smething to do with this... is I usually only eat like.. once a day.. and pretty much in the evening.. so..... could this be why im so tired?

maybe 5 hours of sleep for you is not enough......try sleeping
a few more hours and see if you feel any different....
needless to say you must eat at least three well balanced
meals a day because you may be lacking energy also because
you have no carbs to burn....if you are afriad of gaining weight
don't you can eat complex carbs, they will stabalize your weight
and work well for energy......drink lots of water.......

The recommended least amount of sleep is 8 hours. If anything, you should be getting more than this. Most school weeks, I only get about 5 hours of sleep a night, and by friday, I am able to go home and sleep for about 18 hours. You should be really tired if you are only getting that much sleep; I'd know. Also, food is how your body gets energy! It is the second biggest reason why you feel so tired. When you eat, your body breaks down that food into energy, which can keep you up longer. Really, you should just sleep more, and one meal a day cant be good for your diet.

Human beings need to eat at least 3 times a day and eat enough for their body weight. You're tired and dizzy because you're not eating often enough. Don't continue with this-- you could develop serious health problems.

both of the things you said can make you very tired, you dont get a lot of sleep and you dont eat much, those are your bodies sources of energy, take them away and you have no energy. solution: try to get at least 7 hours of sleep a night and eat more often.

It sounds like your symptoms are your body's way of telling you that its basic needs are not being met, and that can lead to more serious problems if you don't take care of yourself. Dizziness can be a sign of low blood sugar, see if eating more helps with these symptoms. If not, you probably want to check with the doctor to rule out something more serious.

you need to sleep atleast 6-8 hours and eat 3 meals a day. Your body's immunity is down and therefor you are susceptible to being sick. Exercise, eat healthy, and sleep a lot. The key thing is rest.
