Would you go with the popular, smart,and boy who like to flirt with everybodybut dont dont want to be in a relationship with you cause you moved far but still wants to be close friends or the lame, smart and boy whos is a freak and have a nice personality but dont care how far you live? (ok both of them like you)

Well the popular guy will probably be a jerk - as most are, and the lame one who is a freak well i wouldnt want to go out with him. I would choose none. If i had to though i would chose the popular one.
Which one do you like best? If you like one more than the other then go for him, don't ask people on here for a question on your future, you have to decide yourself. I think you should find a new guy altogether!

Really, it's up to you. If the lame one looked okay, I'd go with him. If the other one flirts alot, he's a player and he's gunna crush your heart into itty bitty pieces and you'll wish you picked the lame one, but if the lame one is dorky and weird and you go with him you'll wish you picked the other one because the lame one probably has no experience whatsoever.
Like I said, it's up to you though.
