I thought is was just the 14yr old girls obsessing about their weight. I guess it is an equal opportunity obsession. Are you all muscle or are you flab?? That is 140lbs sounds pretty average..

Why don't you try to find a chart that has a height to weight average. It could probably tell you accordingly to your age too!!
