There are many replicas out there, I work at Red Lobster. They use a mix for the biscuits and cheese, water and bake. When they bake them they rotate them half way through, and baste with garlic butter when they are done.
The recipe isn't something I could get for you...but trying the replicas will be similar, however not quite the same, because of the oven. Unless you have an restaurant baking oven in your home, they'll cook differently.

I've been told this is as god as it gets. Sure tastes like it to me. The key is to use a scoop to scoop globs of dough, rather than rolling out and cutting w/ cookie cutter.
Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
2 cups Bisquick
2/3 cup cold water
3/4 cup grated, sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Mix together baking mix, cold water, and grated cheese. Using a small scoop, place mounds of dough on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Melt butter and seasonings together. Brush with the butter and spices and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
(However, you cannot make the EXACT biscuits, because they have a special butter/garlic sauce that is not available to the general public; its' the same stuff they use on their Shrimp Scampi.)

Try Pillsbury cheddar garlic biscuits. You can find them in the frozen food section of the market, where they sell frozen rolls, pies, etc. They taste pretty close to Red Lobster biscuits.
