Place your arm, palm up, on a bench. Let your hand hang over the end of the bench. Grasp a 10 pound weight in your fist. Keeping your forearm pressed firmly down to the bench, extend your hand (wrist) back and then curl it in while flexing the forearm. Start with 3 sets of 8 reps. Add weight if that is too easy and work up to 3 sets of 6 reps. Rest 24 hours between workouts. This will give you forearms like Popeye.

do 15 wrist curls, kneel down and have your arms over a bench and curl an ezbar with about 30 -40 pounds i guess, depending on how strong you are. after you do 15 go straight to a farmers hold, get 2 60 pound dumbells and hold them as long as you can standing straight, your foreamrs will feel so good. just touch your forearms after you do this and you will see what im talking about. i'll have a bet with you..if it is true you hav to give me 10 points, if not then it didnt work, i'll be expecting my 10 points lol.

U can do fingertip pushups or squeeze hand grips or hang from a pullup bar. HOpe this helsp!!!
