Walk up to her and say "Hi, I dont have time to chat right now, but give me your phone number, Id like to talk to you." Say it with total confidence, and pull out a pen and paper as if you know shes going to give you her number.

You know if it hurts to much to ask face to face, what about a phone call, " Hi Jessica, this is me John boy, I was wondering if you wanted to catch a movie this Friday" and if the answer is yes, that's cool, if it's, no thanks or some excuse and she Say's maybe some other time, call one more time say 2 weeks later and then if she does the same thing, your done with her, move on. There's a lot of fish in the sea, you will snag a good one. Good Luck.

Go say a Hi, my name is (this). What do you do and whats going on? Try talking up generally for a little while and show interest in her. Try complimenting her to make her feel comfortable. After all this, ask her for an evening of coffee. Dont rush, go gradually, and hey, you need tons of patience!!

All you gotta do is just stand up to her create a conversation find out what she likes and doesn't like but don't stalk her it'll creep her out then become friends and move up by there =]

DONT BE! Girls like guys who they can feel comfy around. If your calm around her shell feel calm around you. Just show her your inside and be honest.DONT try to impress her by bragging about this or that be yourself and that will do the trick!
