simple diet and exercise..BUT why do you want to weigh less than 100 pounds how tall are you? If you are 5'3-5'5" you are at an ideal weight. If you are shorter it may still be safe to lose but be easy on your body. Anyway, In 3 months there are 16 weeks. By making very light diet modifications and increasing activity you could make a goal of losing 2 pounds a wk which is what Weight Watchers prescribes..No less than 2 no more than 4. In 16 weeks you will have the potential to lose 32 pounds and since this is more than you need to lose you will have room for a couple of cheat days and no exercise days. You could exercise like 3 times a week no more than 30 minutes each time and come out great and not put your developing body and emotions and mind through unhealthy strain! Yay!

Honey, according to my life insurance tables, you are listed as a Preferred- Plus. Do you feel healthy? Do you exercise, and eat appropriately? Don't worry about weight shifts, I grew 3 inches between 19 and 21 years old. any flab was used up in my growth spurt.
If you really want to find out, use some calipers to find a more exact body fat index. Weight is rarely a good indicator of body composition.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Take only water in between.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times for effective functioning of ur natural system of telling u that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period effortlessly and permanently.

basic rule of thumb if youre under 20 years old: 100 pounds at 5', add 5 pounds for every inch over 5'. thats a basic slender build for someone who has average muscle mass.

Your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 20.9 - this is well within the healthy range.
Just a side note, I see lots of similar questions from girls your age. It's kinda disturbing. You may want to ask yourself why you're turning to a Q&A forum to seek validation. Just my opinion.

Do you think you are overweight? I just don't understand so many questions about their weight. If you think your fine then you are. Your weight would be considered in the normal range.

I'm sure you're fine... Muscle does weight more than fat. i weight more than my friends but i have more muscle than them. if you're really worried, you could talk to you're doctor, or even gym teacher. my gym teacher has a fat measuring device, and it tells you how much percent of your weight is fat, and that tells you if you're healthy or not.

Youre not over-weight...its perfectly fine, though you may be a little on the heavier side, its normal. If you are muscular, its fine...but if you are a bit flabby, increase the time of your work-out... It may also be baby fat...it will go ff as you grow older.
