Frequent urination is also called polyuria and there are 90 conditions that can cause it and stones in the gallbladder is not one them. Your gallbladder is not a part of your urinary tract. For anyone here to focus on only one or two causes is unrealistic and premature. Diabetes was mentioned. But polyuria can be a symptom of both diabetes mellitus and diabetes insipidus, the latter of which has nothing to do with the pancreas or insulin. You can urinate frequently just by drinking a lot of water throughout the day. Keep track of the frequency, amount and any difficulty you may experience (pain, urge but no urine stream for example). Mention this problem to your doctor when you speak to him/her.

I had a severe pain in my chest today. went to the ER. nothing wrong with my heart. But doctor told me to have an ultrasound next monday to see if it's not a Gallstone. Just wondering if a frequent urination can be a sign of presence of Gallstone? Thank you all for your help

No. Gallstones are part of the alimentary (digestive) tract. They affect the gallbladder and intestines (thus lower digestive function).
I'd say that if you have frequent urination and your doctor wants to use ultrasound to diagnose gall stones (cholelithiasis), then it's likely that he/she did an abdominal exam on you and found tenderness in the area on your right side, just underneath the ribs (right where the ribcage ends).
Here's a picture that might help:

Here's something important to think about though. If the gallbladder and urinary bladder are unrelated, and they've diagnosed gallstones, then it still leaves the question, "Why am I urinating so much". Be direct with questioning your doctor and make sure your answer is direct.
Other things to think about ... You're urinating a lot, but is the volume normal or is it small? Frequent urination of small amounts could be a sign of prostatitis (men), or kidney stones.
If you're urinating frequently and your urine volume each time is increased or normal, then we have to entertain the possibility of Diabetes Insipitous.
Please don't forget to choose a "best answer".

Symptoms of gallstones are often called a gallstone "attack" because they occur suddenly. A typical attack can cause
steady pain in the upper abdomen that increases rapidly and lasts from 30 minutes to several hours
pain in the back between the shoulder blades
pain under the right shoulder
nausea or vomiting
Gallstone attacks often follow fatty meals, and they may occur during the night. Other gallstone symptoms include
abdominal bloating
recurring intolerance of fatty foods
colic
belching
gas
indigestion
People who also have the above and any of following symptoms should see a doctor right away:
chills
low-grade fever
yellowish color of the skin or whites of the eyes
clay-colored stools
Many people with gallstones have no symptoms. These patients are said to be asymptomatic, and these stones are called "silent stones." They do not interfere with gallbladder, liver, or pancreas function, and do not need treatment.

High blood levels of glucose can cause several problems, including frequent urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue, weight loss, and blurry vision. However, because type 2 diabetes develops slowly, some people with high blood sugar experience no symptoms at all. How to treat diabetes naturally https://tr.im/VSmAq
Symptoms of type 1 diabetes:
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Weight loss in spite of increased appetite
Fatigue
Nausea
Vomiting
Patients with type 1 diabetes usually develop symptoms over a short period of time, and the condition is often diagnosed in an emergency setting.
Symptoms of type 2 diabetes:
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Increased appetite
Fatigue
Blurred vision
Slow-healing infections
Impotence in men
If you think you have diabetes i think you should have a checkup and speak with your doctor just in case.

No, that is not a symptom of a gallstone. Cut out spicy foods and fried foods; they make it worse.
The doctor can give you some meds to get over the pain too.

Frequent urination for me usually means urinary tract infection, or kidney stone, although with a kidney stone you would have back pain, not chest pain. The best home remedy/preventitive for UTI is eating yougurt and drinking cranberry juice, both of these are good Urinary and other things, I hope you doctor visit goes well!
