Depression is real. When you went off of your medication, was it under medical supervision? I suggest that you go back to your doctor. You and your children depend on you. You deserve to get through the day without being anxious or depressed. Get help. Good luck to you.

Go see a consular or talk to someone you trust. You have a problem; if you are unable to function fully, without your husband.
***I recommend talking to a close family member or friend first, some consulars are unhelpful and biased b/c money is involved, although I'm sure there are goods ones out there. Remember it's a learning process everyone get these feelings it's just how you handle them. You can get through this! Journal your feelings and thoughts down why you become depressed or the feelings you get when he leaves, Does it remind you of a bad childhood memory? > I know you don't have the time or you don't want to think about your emotions WELL if you want to get better Just Do It!!!"
If they persist go too a Doctor! But you also need to learn your most important relationship is going to be with YOU!!! There's a program by the Midwest center I think it's called Attacking Anxiety and Depression my friend used it when his father died and I remember it was expensive b/c I lent him money for it, but he is doing much better now, not to mention I told him if I was lending him the money, he better do it. > I would check it out. I listened to parts of the tapes and they seemed good. Not to mention my friend is 100% better.

My first advice is to seek professional help so you can be diagnosed and treated. If you are already going to a psychiatrist ask yourself if he is effective or you have to find another psychiatrist. Depression is a real illness that affect a large percentage of worlds population. Depression is caused by an imbalance in brain neurotrastmiters that cause all the symptoms: feelings of worthlessness, extreme sadness, lack of concentration, lack of energy etc. Medicines nowadays help you diminish these symptoms while you find with your doctor the root of the problem. Try to find what is making you cry. If you cry for no reason you can try Bach´s flowers. Get involved in activities such as yoga and acupuncture. Argentox2@yahoo.com

It sounds like you suffer from anxiety along with your depression. Of course, your first option is to go see a professional and see what course of action they recommend. You may need some anti-anxiety/anti-depressants.
If you choose to go it alone, try to find something to do to occupy your time and mind. Giving yourself something productive to focus on will limit the time and energy you have to spend on your depression and worry.

You need to see a doctor and tell him how you feel.
You seem to have a bit of anxiety and there's medication for it.
