well u can get some aloe and put it in the fridge!! it always helps when the aloe is cold!! and remember it is NEVER NEVER good to get to much sun. You should be fine. Maybe get some tylennol or something for the pain thing.
What are the treatments for the injury?
The treatments for sunburn include:
• cool baths
• cool compresses, which are wet cloths applied to areas of skin irritation
• avoidance of repeated sun exposure
• soothing lotions and creams
• over-the-counter creams containing numbing agents (these should be avoided if one is allergic to them)
Some healthcare professionals will prescribe a corticosteroid cream to speed up the healing process for people with severe sunburn. For people with severe burns, blisters can sometimes rupture and become infected. If the ruptured blisters appear to be infected, it is important to seek treatment.
:-) I hope i helped :-) GOOD LUCK!!!

If there are blisters appearing, you have a 2nd degree burn and you may need to seek medical attention. If the blisters break, the skin should be protected with a clean dry covering to help protect the raw nerve endings. Advil will help with the inflammation. Be careful with some lotions, they can actually trap the heat in and cause the burn to be worse.

I'd use some sour cream, Just smear it on your back and let it dry. Repeat a few times. In the end you end up looking silly and smell like sour cream, but it stops the burning, on your back. It can work on blisters as long as they aren't leaking.

My family always used vinegar. OTC, lidocaine, bactine spray, or lanacane is good.
