I usually use Garnier Fructis Length and Strength. So if i buy the CVS brand Fruit Concentrate Long and Strong, do you think i would get the same results? I know that they cant possibly be the same thing because im sure that Garnier won't let another company use their formula but i looked at the ingredients and they are similar.

No, they are made with cheaper ingredients and synthetics instead of real herbs. In shampoos, the detergents can be really harsh, leave ins usually contain mineral oil. "Similar" can make all the difference between healthy and crappy hair.

Some of them do, some do not. You can check the labels to compare ingredients, of course. I've done it and I've seen some knockoffs that weren't even close! Luckily, they are generally cheap enough so that if you try them, and you don't like them, you're not out much. Only way you'll know for sure is to try them!

i've tried pantene and then the walgreen's brand of shampoo. they both seem to have the same effect. however, smell or color might vary because of the use of different chemicals and things inside the two shampoos.

yes some big companies sell knockoff brands that are the same as the name brands. Why? that's how they make their money, if you don't buy the name brand you will buy the knockoff brand and they still get theirs.

One bottle of crappy shampoo is just as good as another.

Spend the money and take care of your hair.
