Daily cardio should be done for overall health and to make your heart and lungs strong... not just for weight loss. The daily recommended amount of cardio exercise is now 45-60 minutes. It can be broken into 2 sessions if needed, though. Use every opportunity to get your cardio in.... walking to school, work, to the store, etc. Two 25-minute walks at a moderate to fast pace (12-15 minute miles) is fine for general health and reducing a bit of flab.
