Do girls flirt with guys not knowing that they are going to make the guy like them? Do they do it on purpose? Are girls who are like this even worth liking?
Note: I am referring only to a small majority of girls who do this.

Well, girls flirt for many reasons. The most basic is they are trying to establish some sort of positive response from the opposite sex. Guys seem to read into this like "they want me." Really, it's an ego thing with women. Men do it too. What it boils down to is they are insecure and feel that flirting is a safe way of feeling out a situation. Some do it for the fun of it just to boost their ego. Others do it because that's all they know and they would never go any further than the flirt stage, which frustrates the hell out of guys. Then again there are girls who flirt when they have found a guy they find especially interesting and that's the way they make contact. Just be on your guard and know what it is you are looking for and what you are willing to accept.

Look, flirting is harmless. You are reading far too much into what the girl is doing, which is usually lighthearted banter. It isn't some come-on from the girl, you are reading that into the situation when it isn't there. And yes, I guess some girls get off knowing a guy finds them attractive, but don't guys get off on the same thing?

Some girls are natural flirts. I only flirt with this one guy at work because I like him and he is a really nice guy. And I had to look up info on the internet to do it.

okay.. girls do not always realize they are flirting.. some girls are just natural flirts.. it does not neccesarily mean they like the guy.. but at least it shows they are not disgusted by you. I know i cant stand within 5 ft of a guy i do not find attractive at all.
The fact that a girl flirts with you means there is something about you she likes.. but it doesnt mean she wants anything to do with you.
p.s. i am one of the few girls that likes to flirt

yeah, some girls jsut have that flirty personality and tends to attract guys but they dont do that on purpose. Yet, there are some girls (whores) that do that on purpose because these girls are trying to get guys' attention.

Some girls are just learning this skill and are testing it out to see what its all about, mopst grow out of it, the others most peole refer the words; whore, tramp,slut,ect. Its not wether you like them or not its wether you trust them.
