on the phone with my boyfriend at times are boring and i feeel not interested but in person or in public place i feel for him and don't want to go, does that mean i should break up.

You must know want you want in the first place, why not try telling him your feeling? Some person are good in human relationship but some don't.

No, I mean you states that he is a interested in person, from my experiences guys are not very talkative via the telephone and do not prefer to be on the phone too much they'd rather see you and hang out with you in person. I would not dump him over that preferably you should just tell him to liven up the conversation, maybe you should even try talking about things that he and you both like so you will have a long and interesting phone conversation.
