Should i confess to him?

oki i like this guy He always teases me for an example i could b on the other side of the bus and he would call me short n he would always make fun of me w/ his friends he always picks on me he doesnt pick on any1 else tho but he has his good sides too cuz once i had 2 carry a heavy box of wood downstairs but i had a lil trouble w/ it so he would just pick it up n brung it down for me and he would always get jealous and quiet when i talk to another guy he even wallk me 2 martial arts he can b realy sweet at times n really mean ive been trying to get over him by avoiding so i stoped going 2 martial arts n rode a diff bus and now everytime we meet in da hall (we're in diff grades so we dont really c each other much during skool)he would always look down and after i pass him he would look back at me(my friend even saw)he would also stare and well no matter how much i avoid him i still like him so im thinking of telling him tat i like him be4 its to late but do u think he feels da same?
