I usually have some fresh fruit or some lowfat yogurt. If i have time i have a bowl of cereal generally cornflakes.

yes, its the most important meal of the day. I like eating bacon and eggs, maybe waffles, or an omellete, or chorizo (which is this spicy mexican breakfast sausage you break up and put into tortillas, yum) or sausage (regular sausage) or pancakes or bagels and cream cheese or sometimes just fruit with fruit dip or whip cream. But yeah, whatever you eat, be it cold pizza or burnt toast (don't know why you would want to eat burnt toast) it doesn't matter as long as you eat. If you must skip a meal because you want to stay skinny, then skip lunch, as its the least important meal (dinner gives you the energy your body needs to feel refreshed the next day, and won't turn to fat it you don't eat anything 2 hours before you go to bed (so eat dinner like 3 hours before bed time or something) but breakfast is proven to be by far the most important meal, it recharges your brain, and gets it functioning properly the rest of the day, dont skip it! Even if you have to wake up an extra 15 minutes early than you normally do or if its just a poptart or granola bar before you go to work, eat it.

I usually don't eat breakfast but if I do it will be toast, the darker the better. My smoke alarm always goes off when the toast pops up but I don't think its burnt.

I try to start the day with a healthy breakfast so I won't be "grazing " all day.
I usually eat a little whole grain, some milk or yogurt, maybe a bit of fruit. Today I had leftover brown rice with half an avocado and some sprouts--- yummier than you might think! For "dessert" I had 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt with a little honey and a slice of papaya.
Kept me feeling fed until dinner.

I eat toast, and a mixture of carrot, broccoli, spinach, orange and celery juices. Sometimes I put Devil's Claw herbal extract in it and drink it... MMM yummmy.
I also eat oatmeal and sometimes with a little bit of butter on it or I just put the juice i made on the oatmeal. It's a very healthy high energy drink which I need in the morning to keep me going for 6 hours or so

I usually manage not to burn the toast or English muffins. I eat either one with a glass of tomato juice and a cup of coffee. Sometimes I have a piece of cheese, too.
I'm not a big fan of breakfast. . .it comes just too darned early in the morning, that's all. Instant oatmeal is about the closest I'll ever come to fixing myself a big meal.

I have to be up for about an hour before eating or else I feel nauseous. I do eat breakfast however as it's the most important meal of the day and I feel drained mid-morning if I don't.
I usually make instant Quaker oatmeal when I get into work. It goes in my coffee mug and nobody's the wiser...

Cottage cheese with fruit is filling and good for you, as well as cereal with blueberries. Cheese toast is also filling, too. If you eat whole wheat toast or whole grain cereals, you won't be tired after eating breakfast, and you will want to eat breakfast every day. Try it!!

Yes, I have to eat breakfast because I am diabetic. I vary my morning meals sometimes I will have eggs and turkey bacon, sometimes oatmeal, sometimes Atkins bar or fruit and chees, fat free yogurt with fruit, peanut butter on crackers, cheese toast. Breakfast is the greatest meal of the day to me now and I never used to eat it before.

Naww I usually eat French toast with grilled sausage, and when I'm in a rush, I just eat Froot Loops cerael. But mostly I eat Strawberry pop-tarts

I do eat breakfast. I usually have two special K eggo waffles. Sometimes I eat them plain other times I will add peanut butter. I usually eat a banana too. I always have coffee!!
