No. Group dates would be ok in my opinion, but solo dates should be put on hold until later, maybe 15 or so. Why the big hurry to experience everything at so young an age???

Talking on the phone with someone you like is fine. But "dates" should wait until you are older.

In my opinion, 11 is way too young to start dating (sorry if im putting you down!). It would just be good to be good friends with them, and with the amount of lies and rumors that are spread around by preteens, there is the possibility of one of you getting embarrassed/hurt emotionally. But flirting is still on the table ;)

well when your 11 it's not actually dating..its more like having a special friend that likes you.

when ur that age its not dating or really having a "boyfriend", all it is is going to the movies with the kid. playing around. the most physical contact between you two should b holding hands or kisses on the cheek.
