If I run for 30 minutes straight, and fast jump rope for 5 minutes

and 100 sit ups,15 push ups(5 times on the sit ups and push

ups) And go to the gym and do leg,forearm,and (stairmaster

for 20 minutes), For 4 weeks, will I get buffer, or just get cut

and tight in the chest?

Four weeks? Mucle takes more time than that to develop anything noteworthy.

Also, this is not really anything close to a bodybuilders schulde. This sounds more like a lousy routine with too high of expected results. So, no, this is not going to get your "buffer" or "cut and tight in the chest".

You will not get buff but if you eat a healthy clean diet you will be toned.
