You don't want to lose weight THAT fast. Lose close to 1-2 lbs a week. If you lose weight too fast, then you'll just gain it all back after a while. If theres a school or park nearby, try walking there for around 30 mins or more to start or you could play some team sports for fun. ie. soccer, basketball. Going with friends who are around the same shape as you can get both of you motivated. Don't get someone that can outwalk/run/jog you a lot, they'll just make you feel as if you are not making any progress. Don't forget to do some weight training alongside the cardiovascular training. After your body gets accustomed to a bit of exercise try it longer and more intensive. Swimming is one of the best to lose weight combined with running/walking.
If you don't have a park nearby, just jog around the neighborhood. Running is the best way to lose weight combined with a good diet. If you eat a lot of sweets (not fruit, but candy, cookies etc.) change your habit into eating fruit. Make a journal of the foods you eat each day, it really shows if your overeating or not. Eat more varieties of vegetables if you don't already do it. As always stay away from all the junk food, and drink fruit juice instead of soda.
Drink green tea! It can help your body speed up losing weight and has many health benefits. Over a course of a couple months you should see some changes. Don't look at your weight change, but see how your clothes fit and the measure of your sizes.
Yes, it is hard to stick to a lot of exercise, but be motivated! Losing weight is HARD but it is worth it in the end (health benefits).
Whoops, try exercising at LEAST 3 days a week for around 30-45 minutes but don't overexert yourself ( after 30 minutes of constant activity, your body dips into the fat reserve that helps you lose weight)
again DO NOT GO CRAZY exercising, you do not want to have a breakdown and turn off exercising.
Running, swimming, participating in team sports.
Do crunches when your starting and slowly advance to sit ups if you can not take it. Do some lunges to tone up the legs. If you have weights, use some lighter ones to get your body started and then get to a little heavier ones (doing one, 25 lb one is not a good idea, start with maybe 5-15 if your not accustomed to weight training and do sets)
Last thing please, do not try those "hip weight loss" sessions, ie atkins, it cuts out all your carbs that your body needs after you start eating them again your body will gain ALL the weight back plus a little more.
I don't know if this helped you or not, but I hope it gave you a little idea of how to lose some weight.

Eat less fat and carbs and more lean protein. Also, try to spread your meals out more. Instead of three big meals, try to eat six smaller meals. Your body can use the nutrients more efficiently, and it keeps your metabolism rate up.
Good exercises: burpees, pushups, bodyweight squats, pull-ups. chin-ups, crunches, hindu pushups, fingertip puships, hindu squats, runnin', shadowboxin', some type of martial art (karate, tae kwan do, jiu-jitsu, etc), jump rope. Especially if you're tryin' to lose weight, try structuring your workouts as high intensity intervals and complexes, such as the Tabata method. A quick search for those things will yield a lot of information. Also, the site I get a lot of my workout information from is www.sherdog.net. Scroll down to the trainin' forums. There's tons of useful information there on burning fat and getting stronger, and quite a bit on bodyweight exercises as well (which, unless you have a weight set, is what you hafta use). Just make sure you read the stickies, and before you ask a question, try to search for it, 'cause it may have been answered recently.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Take only water in between.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times for effective functioning of ur natural system of telling u that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period effortlessly and permanently.

hm. try lots of fruits and veggies. i loooove fresh food but i never have any in my fridge. its so expensive and they spoil easily. i heard milk also helps you loose weight. so a glass of milk a day. and lots of exercise. try hooking up your ipod to your speakers and just dance your pants off for 30 minutes a day.
