I am 160 pounds but look small for my weight but I would like a flat stomach so my shaoe can look better.

What in the world is a shaoe?

Anyhow, I have a real answer, some of the other ones are really a bit lacking. It's applicable for anyone. Diets, in general, suck. Most of them don't work, and many are dangerous. Here's a free tip for you:



1. Reconsider proportions. The avg American eats 2x as large of proportions as needed. It is better to eat 5 or 6 small meals throughout the day than 3 large meals. Try to avoid eating lesser than 5 hours before bed time.

2. Eliminate the nasty food. Get rid of the drive through. Get rid of the preservatives. Stop eating boxed and (most) frozen foods. Git rid of High Fructose Corn Syrup (check the label). The best way to ensure what you're eating is healthy is to buy at a store that focuses on Organic foods. Also, shop the perimeter (outside) of the stores. That means fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, dairy. Try to eliminate milk and soy milk. They don't help with calcium anyhow! This will help eliminate the nasty ingredients that you're poisoning yourself with. Add a lot of water to your diet to help flush out the nasties that you do come into contact with. You should drink "x oz" of water where x = your weight / 2. If you weight 140 lbs, you should drink 70 oz of water per day.

3. Stimulate your metabolism. Many people start gaining weight after they graduate high school. That's because their metabolism is depleted because they become less active. Start working out with cardio and aerobic exercise. determine your "target pulse" and work with it!

I am SURE this will help. remember that losing more than 8 lbs per month means you're losing weight too fast!

Go to a renowned Yoga institute there are only 4 asans which if you do everyday without fail properly within few days you will see the change but you have to continue doing it without fail once your tummy goes in if you stop then again you will face this problem yes 1 or 2 days in between you can take a break but not more

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Take only water in between.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times for effective functioning of ur natural system of telling u that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period effortlessly and permanently.

Walking is the absolute best thing you can do. Get out and walk! If you walk briskly for one mile every day, then take Saturday and Sunday off to rest, you'll be surprised how quickly you'll lose weight around the middle.

However, you also have to cut down on the sweets, the carbs, and the high fat foods too!

Do padhanguli asan, halasan , bhujangasan, salabhasan, matsyasan and sarvangasan evey day for one hour, or exercise in the gym without gossiping for 50 minutes or exercise with the tummy tuck machine for 35 to 40 minutes daily. You should reduce your belly. You should also drink atleast 5 litres of water eveyday in hot weather and 4 litres of water in winter.

Lots of Cardiovascular-(heart pumping exercises)
Eat less
Lots of sittups-(Abdominal cruches)

Balanced diet and good excercise can help you. If you can try yoga. It is the best way to lose belly fat.
