I have windows ME,My mother has XP home e.I need to tell her how to show ALL control O,P .Start settings control panel,then where.

To show all the options in control panel:

Start button and click Control Panel. On the top left corner of the window you should find a link that reads "Classic View" or something like that.

When you click that link, it should show all the options on Control panel.
