It is too early to tell if it is funny or not. It is funny only if there is no God. When you die, and you will, if there is a God then it is not funny.

it may be humorous in a stupid form of way. of direction an atheist would in no way certainly thank god, so it rather is doubly humorous to think of that an atheist would thank god for their atheism. it rather is meant to be humorous because of the fact of ways ridiculous this is.
