Take your mother to court for either custody or court ordered visitation. Don't let her make you think you have no rights because you do. You can call almost any law firm and they can give you legal advice. They will usually give you an hour free. I hope this helps!

Have you talked to your mother about it? If you lost custody, there must be a reason. If you have made changes to make yourself a more fit parent, maybe you need to prove that to your mother. I'm sure she thinks that what she is doing is in the best interests of your child.
If you can't work it out with your mother, the only other option is to take her to court for custody or visitation rights. Unless you signed away your parental rights, you still have the right to see your daughter.

If you don't have a record, don't do drugs, or drink... why did you lose custody? I feel like there's something you're not sharing here...
Since you don't have custody (and I'm assuming no visitation either) the only way you can get it to stop is to take the custodial parent (your mother, I'm assuming) to court to try to get your rights back. Until then, she doesn't have to let you see your child, and she doesn't have to give your child your gifts.

make sure you keep a steady job, nice place to live, show the court that all you think about is doing better for your daughter but you have to prove it 1st. start off with visitation, take parenting classes, do what ever you might think will help you get your daughter back. Number one if you want your daughter back and to live with you you are going to have to except that she will be very bonded to your mother and will ask for her all the time. i dont doubt that you love her but if you are wanting to get her back do it out of love not spite against your mother. I dont know what your mom is like but most parents do the things that they do to look for the best interest of the child. make sure you show your mother that you want to do right by your daughter. saying and doing are two different things. make promises keep them.saying that you are going to do some has a better affect when you actually do it. take care and i only wish the best for you. the best gift you can do for your daughter is to love her.
