I had a large amount of guys like me. But when they find out that I'm 14 while they are around 18. They blush or they said to you do you want to go out, then he says nevermind after that he finds out that I was 14. Is that a problem? Will I find a guy that is around my age some day?

You shouldn't really be looking for a boyfriend at your age. Especially 18 year olds. Sit back and a boyfriend will come to you.

You need to find guys your own age; any guy who has physical relations with a 14 year old will find himself in prison. Join a club or group at school and focus on contemporaries, not guys 4 years older, that's just asking for trouble for both you and the guy.
