A very large amount of sugar. Also it's acidic, so, don't brush with toothpaste after, just swish with water, otherwise you can hurt the enamel.

Apple juice, like all other fruit juices, is both acidic and sweet. In other words, the acid will soften the enamel of the teeth while the sugar will give an energy source for the caries bacteria-- so fruit juices will help you get cavities.

It's a bad idea to let kids drink juices all the time, especially from the bottle. A glass or two is of course fine and has lots of other health benefits.

There is sugar in the form of fructose, and also fruit acid which is extremely bad for teeth in prolonged and large doses.
Orange juice is even more acidic which gives it the tangy taste. Fruit is actually nearly as bad for ur teeth as sugar because it still contains natural sugars in the form of fructose.
