I suppose that it would have to be one that alot of fruit.
This is one I like because you can add as much or little fruit as you want. For me bananas keep me full.

My smoothie

a serving container of any yogurt
1 1/2 bananas
1/2 small carton strawberries
1/4 cup milk

In blender, add yogurt, fruit, and milk. Pulse 3 seconds. Enjoy.

You are so lucky I decided to log in or you would have missed out on 3 great smoothie choices. I am the queen of frozen treets.

Choconana Smoothie
1/2 ripe banana, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup cold skim milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 drop vanilla essence
1 pinch cinnamon

Blend the banana with the ice cubes in a mixer/blender until the banana is pureed and the ice is somewhat crushed.
Dissolve the chocolate syrup in the milk, and add vanilla essence and cinnamon.
Add the chocolate-milk mixture to the mashed banana in the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and drink!

here is the second one and my all time fav!

Think-Pink Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 c. hulled strawberries
1 c. chopped watermelon
Juice of two freshly squeezed oranges
Juice of one freshly squeezed lime
½ c. ruby red grapefruit juice

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Cover and chill. Before serving, shake or stir, then pour into chilled glasses.

It isnt the thickest, but it is my favorite, especially in the mornings. To make it thicker, add sherbet ice cream. Dont overpower the flaver though

The last but not least...

Freezy Breeze fruit Smoothie
1 medium banana, coarsley chopped
1 cup orange, pineapple, grape, apple, or cranberry juice, chilled
1/2 cup fat-free milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 ice cubes

In a blender container combine the banana chunks, chilled fruit juice, milk, vanilla, and ice cubes. Cover and blend until frothy. Pour mixture into glasses. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.

6 ice cubes, crushed (optional)
1/2 cup of vanilla frozen yogurt (or ice cream)
