I want to be able to edit my video from a webcam .Any suggestions for beginners? User friendly Video editing software?

If you use Windows then Windows Movie Maker is okay. I use it occasionally.

Windows Movie Maker comes with Windows. It is user-friendly enough for a beginner.

If you want to cut/copy/paste different parts of a video and add text or some transtition effects, the windows movie maker is perfect.
However, if you want to do a bit more like changing the hue, saturation(color and amount of light), increase or decrease the brightness and contrast, add some special effects, then you need to go in for a featured movie editor like ulead video studio
