Look , Im not religious in the slightest, but , for f*cks sake, if camps are being set up for five year olds, then let them be for the man who preached LOVE and not the one who says 'kill your adversary'. America invading every country known to man has nothing to do with war in the Middle East. America wasn't even a gleam in Columbus' eye when , after 500 years, the Prophet Mohamed materialised. After that, religious war.

Because religion is a fire that doesn't want to be extinguished. When believers doubt they escape by seeking others to convert. America was blessed with a radical constitution based on the enlightenment and the French revolutionary principles but it also had many radical refugees and sects seeking a new life. There is now a battle between the original ideas of the founding fathers and the fundamentalist who call themselves Christian (Christ exists in the New Testament and preaches tolerance - the born-agains emphasise the Old Testament and preach retribution - hardly Christian more Jehovah-ist). A similar situation seems to happening in Muslim communities - it seems the radicals are really upset by being brought into the 20th century

You can not question the voice of the majority of the people, my friend. The public officials running the government of America were voted by the majority and were not just appointed. The have filed their candidacy and win the election.Religion should not be blame for this as you have reason out since there is separation of the government from religion. It just happened that many who filed their candidacies and win the election are rt religious people. To be fair as you have said, file your candidacy and let us see if you will win, then give thanks to the Lord God for giving you the opportunity to be one of the public officials although you are not religious man. You have no right to suspect that they are creating Gods Army.

They are being manipulated by people who are not religious but very cynical and ruthless. People who band together in large groups are easily manipulated. Anyone who wants to know how it's done should look at some old movies like Keeper of the Flame and Meet John Doe.

Your question does not make sense. We have separation of Church and state in the USA. The government does not support and religious run Jesus camps.

It isn't the religious, but the irreligious, who spout religious-sounding bits of doctrinous blabber, and its the small-minded and narrow-minded irreligious, who don't believe in learning enough about their respective religions to realize when they're being fleeced by wolves in sheeps' skins, who allow them to remain in control.

What makes you think religious people are running the US? There are 300 million people in this country...a relative few are religious zealots who make every decision based on their beliefs. Not true for the majority.

What do all Christian religions have in common? They all want your money. What does money buy? Power.
Religious nuts will always rule - either directly or behind the scenes as they have millions of gullible fools bankrolling them.
