it depends..i say to flirt sweetly and be silly..try to make conversation with her and be a gentleman..later on just ask her if she wants to go out maybe on a group date so u guys wont feel awkward...hope this helps!

Okay just take your time and get to know her and after you get to know her you will know her enough to want to decide if she is the one you want to kick it with.Do not rush this it takes time .it will benifit you an the long run.
