but i don't talk to him. I just feel like talking to him but im too shy. I don't know if he likes me but this few weeks he has kept on staring & turns back around i do the same.But he isn't taken or nothing i know that what can i do . then there is that girl that tried to hit on him but it didn't work. what tips can i get how can i dress to grab his attention he doesn't like girls that wear tiny skirts i know that .

Find out if he likes you. Let your friends know that you like him and eventually the news will get to him. If he likes you, he'll try to start up a conversation with you. By how you talk about him, it seems that he really does like you too. Don't just sit back and wonder if there's ever going to be a relationship, instead pursue what your heart want because if you don't do anything, you'll regret it. Good Luck!

It doesn't sound as if you need to change anything since its obvious that he likes you..Start with a small question first like, "Hi " or ask him about what he thought of class. Best of luck !
