weird question I know. but how do you clean them? just gentle rubbing with hands or you use some brush/ne other thing ?

turn around in the shower, lean up agains the wall using your head, and spread em' using your hands. That's best way to get the shower head to do its job effectively. No one wants crusty butt cheeks.
