these sores are like little nots filled with blood. they have a solid piece in side until it is opened.

There is a variety of things they might be. Do you shave your privates? If you do, then it could be a boil. Maybe even an ingrown hair. If they continually come back after being popped, I think I would go see your family doctor and find out for sure what it is and get it treated.

Bartholin gland cysts probably. Pretty common.
