I got an Ironman Triathlon 50-lap sleek watch (Here: http://www.timex.com/gp/product/B000AYSH42/ref=sc_pgb_c_4_1_238512011_m_A1S5XB33AHYRMX_2/002-6010105-5828014?ie=UTF8&n=238512011&s=&timexBrand=core&v=glance ) from my parents for my birthday last year, and of course, my mom got the one with the elastic band, instead of the rubbery one, which is better because it doesn't come un-elasticy (also, the rubbery band is better because it doesn't chaff as much when I run. So, I've been looking around on the internet, since the band can come off, and I've been trying to find a replacement band that's not elastic. Anyone ever found one? Because I really like the watch (other than the band) and would kind of like to keep it, despite the fact that the band broke. It's like a size...I want to say 9 or 8 mm band. Thanks much!

I tried a few places looking for the band but actually found that several sites, including amazon.com has customer comments that give thumbs up to the watch itself but hate the fact that the band breaks easily and is impossible to replace. While this doesn't solve your problem, at least you'll know that looking isn't going to get you anywhere....maybe ebay? Sorry I can't be of more help!

Always try ebay before you go anywhere on the internet. they will have prices better than almost anyone.
