You need to check your version of Windows is still supported, if it is - windows update should download a fix, depending on if you have updates set to run automatically. See the link below for more information on the time changes.

First, do you need to update.
This check is from the University of Minnesote. Click on the URL, and by the time it gets open, the check will be done. You should see a LARGE green ball that says "Ready for DST '07." If it says you are ready, then you have no problem. If you have kept your Windows up to date, you should be ready for Daylight Savings Time, even though it's 3 weeks earlier this year.

If it doesn't change by itself then just change it manually.
If you're running Windows then all you have to do is double-click the clock in your system tray, click on the hour so it's highlighted, then click the up arrow once and apply. Then it's all set.

go to your start button and look for windows update. Go to there and make sure all downloads from Microsoft are up to date. Other than that there is nothing you can do.
