If a woman is beautiful, nice, non-threatening and non-jealous (yes, we do exist), she's a ***** if she has an intelligent opinion about things. Why? Why is intelligence not a turn-on? This is especially for you younger guys.

The problem is not guys.. the problem is the guys you pay attention to. I and many friends that I have had would find ourselves attracted to intelligent, opinionated, aggressive but still fun, witty, feminine women. I cannot speak for all men but I like a woman who speaks her mind, tells me what she wants and tells me what she feels. ALot of women you have to play the guessing game as to what is going on in their mind but I go after women who can communicate because in the end that is the biggest virtue needed for a strong relationship. Of course, it helps if you are also honest, fun and a good person. I am not the only one who feels this way so either you have been paying attention to the wrong men or there are things about you that you are not taking into account. be honest with yourself and stop going after jerks.

Throught history, men have always been the conquerers.
Even in this enlightened society, they are still trying to
beat their chests and dominate. Many men unfortunately
continue to see women as"the weaker sex" and are non-
plussed when a smarter woman comes forth. They just
can't stand it...poor dears...and they're all over at the
gym developing the wrong kind of muscles. They
should be flexing their brains in order to realize that
women have always been smarter, more intuitive, more
organized, able to not only bring home the bacon and
fry it up in a pan, but re-populate the world. Many men
choose passive women in this regard to keep control,
but the longer the relationship continues, the more
animosity builds up as the woman realizes what's
really happening. Divorce rates are skyrocketing.
Men are very basic. They're visual and physical. Period.
All the qualities that you describe are characteristics
of an advanced society. Freeze yourself for 2050 and
reap the rewards.

Younger guys need to mature some before they realize how wonderful an intelligent really is. I think intelligence is far more important than just beauty. It's hard to talk to beauty forever.

Wow are you dating the wrong guys!
I personally can't stand a woman with the IQ of a Slurpee, who can't formulate a thought on her own.
Perhaps you're right about the younger guys, so maybe you should try dating someone older!

you must hang out with people who are not as smart as you....why don't you try to find some people who are on your intellectual level? Unless, of course, you are sacrificing mental compatibility for (looks? $? something else) and if you are, who's to blame for that?
