What types of fruits and veggies do your zebra finch like?

I'm a first time bird owner and would like to know the zebra finches favorites.

collard greens, mustard greens, turnip greens, kale, apple, orange, mango, kiwi, carrot, corn, peas, bell peppers, peaches, papaya, grapes, sweet potato, green beans, yellow squash, zuchini, papaya, and banana just to name a few of the favorites at our store.
We cut, grate, or mush as needed.

just remember- no avocado or fruit seeds.

Shredded carrots, apples, lettuce, mango, millet seed, cheese. But it depends on the finch. These are some of the foods that my birds like. Hope this helps!

Lettuce, a lil fruit juice, oh and meep 2 the finch, just go meee, like yer saying me, and it'll talk 2 u, i swear, ive got 3, and this is like the best trick ever w. them.

they may not recommend lettuce but my birds loves it. It doesn't harm them any or give them nutrients.
Carrots are good for them and mine like apples.
