How do you know it does? I personally don't believe in hell, and I am not the only one, by any stretch of the imagination. God does love all of us, and we are all more than just his children...we are part of him/her. We are made of the same stuff or energy and he is the whole, or All That Is!!! We are each parts of God in the same way that a drop of water is part of the ocean, and that is a literal fact!!!!!
There is also no such thing as sin. We are all perfect, and worthy in Gods eyes, no matter what we do or don't do while we are on this physical plane, which is only an illusion anyway.
God cannot make a mistake, so he didn't make a mistake when he made any of us. If God cannot make a mistake then non of us can be anything less than perfect in ultimate reality.
We also cannot offend God in any way. He needs nothing and requires nothing of us, except for us to be exactly who and what we choose to be.!!!!

Most people are to closed minded to understand what hell really is. Don't get me wrong it wont be tolerable in any way. Hell is eternal damnation, everlasting punishment, never ending torcher. So its gods punishment and its to balance the scales of justice, for god is eternal, everlasting, never ending. there for its his punishment and we'll all go there for are wrongs, outer darkness is for the suns of perdition that don't never except god and they are few. God loves us and we're his children.. just as a parent here loves there child it does not stop them from punishing them and you will all ways remember a good spanking

Infact, I don't believe 'hell' as in 'an eternal place of doom, fire and suffering' is concerned. I believe God is good, merciful and kind and would never prepare such a place, even for the worst of us humans. The way I see it, the ultimate punishment will be non-afterlife existance, no second chance, zilch!

To punish the children who remain disobedient no matter how many chances he gives them. No matter what you do you can still repent and go to heaven. Even if you are seconds away from dieing and you repent you can still go to Heaven. But if you've done wrong in your life and refuse to apologize and cleanse yourself of your sins and constantly disobey God you deserve to go to hell. You parents know what I'm talking about. You don't just let your kid constantly misbehave all the time (unless your a bad parent) you punish them.

Because it is punishment. Think of your parents. They love you. They punish you because they want to teach you right from wrong. Same with God. Except, there is only one chance-which is the life that you have on earth. God has everlasting love for you, and I so hope that you are a brother or sister of mine in Christ. Blessings.

Bc some people don't accept that we are all His children. Why should He let those people inheiret the Kingdom of Heaven if they choose to dis-own their Father? This wasn't a hard question to answer. .use some common sense.

not all of us are His children, only those born into His family, just like Jesus said.
Hell exists because it is impossible for God and sin to exist in eachother's presence. So if you die in sin, you're stuck in sin, and therefore, cannot be with God.
so if you're no longer in the physical realm, and not with God (in Heaven), then where are you?
