ok lets face it. girls want guys who have alpha male qualities. they only like funny guys, because it shows confidence. they are also attracted to talent and popularity. a lot of girls deny this, but think about it. are you ever attracted to guys who aren't really cool or funny and don't have any special talents? my question is, how come girls don't consider this shallow, but when a guy is attracted to pretty girls, that is shallow?

first off, girls CAN change their physical appearance. and they do it allt he time. but they say guys are shallow for making them do it. but wouldn't girls be shallow for making guys change for them? and not to mention, not all guys CAN be talented or cool or funny.

not any guy can be those things, therefore, any girl who looks for those things IS shallow. how is she not?

It's because physical appearance is something you can only control to an extent. Personality is all you! Being attracted to humor, talent, and confidence isn't shallow. Being attracted to big breasts is. Is this a problem because you're neither cool, funny, or talented? If so, change.

Yea girls like a dominant guy. But that doesn't mean we have it narrowed to popular guys. And yea i'm attracted to guys who arn't "cool" all the time. And when a guy is attracted to pretty girls they are not shallow. A girl being attracted to a funny and a talented guy is usually because THEY ARE NOT BORING. I have never in my life tried to make a guy change his appearance. If i ever made a suggestion about a guy changing somthing of their style it's because they were whining about it. A matter of fact my last bf was popular, cool and talented and really hot. But i didn't know this when i first talked to him. All i knew was that he was a real sweet guy. So don't be calling girls shallow for being attracted to a personality.

We all have preferences and to some people they may be considered as shallow, however I think that girls who are attracted to funny guys does not necessarily mean that they are shallow perhaps it means that they do not prefer to be with someone who has a dull personality.

having a sense of humor, confidence, talent, and popularity is part of his personality and being attracted to his personality is not shallow... but when a guy is attracted to pretty girls, it just means that he is attracted to her physical appearance, which has nothing to do with her personality, which renders a guy shallow...

Girls like a guy who is confident in himself and confident in everything he does. If he is confident girls automatically flock to him because it shows that he is emotionally ready for a relationship because he does not appear to have "emotional baggage", or issues with his self esteem. No one wants to try to start a relationship with someone who is emotionally unstable, at least anyone with any since anyway. As far as talent and popularity go we look for (rather we consciously know it or not) Some one good enough for possibly fathering our children (assuming the relationship makes it that far) We we genetically look for someone who is strong enough in each area of life for this purpose. It's in our genes to do so. As far as guys attracted to pretty girls this too is in there genes. If women weren't so pretty guys might have more trouble rising to the occasion. It's all apart of human nature.

It all comes down to confidence, if you got it, you'll get ladies, you gotta make them think that you're doing them a favour by giving them the time of day, but at the same time be a gentleman, but have the aura of someone who doesn't take any sh*t.
