drink LOTS of water to cleanse your system. eat fruits and veggies if you get hungry. do this for a day or two. then start over with a healthy diet and exercise. i dont believe those detox programs are necessary......(ie the stuff you could get at GNC or wherever)

I do this everyonce and a while.

I try my absolute best. I will eat very health foods Monday-Thursday, and because Friday is a nice day to just goof off I always eat bad, then Saturday, and Sunday. I usually get back on track on Monday, but it takes a lot of will power.

I suggest to pack your self a lunch on Sunday night with health foods for you all day (I suggest an Apple, Banana, Grapes, Water for some snack ideas. Meals I'm not that great on). Carry this lunch with you where ever you go. When you get hungry / or thirsty you will want to get what ever is the closest to you. Right there will be your healthy lunch box. Try your best to do this everyday.

Sometimes cravings get the best of us, but we need to realized that the first step is always the hardest.

Good Luck

It's ok don't beat yourself up!!!! Set your mind. I mean your aware of it that is the first step. Everybody slips up sometimes it's normal and thats ok. It is what keeps us sane sometimes. Now you've had you little spurge it's time to get back on track. Just get back to the healthy food. If people set their selves a goal like healthy eating, it should be reasonable. Not something they are miserable with. Everybody would fail then. I think once a week you should indulged yourself so it will keep you happy. Just plan a day to look forward to during the week like Sat. or Sun. and eat what you want. but come Monday it's back to the routine. You should be able to live with that!

just tell yourself that the past is over. make a list of healthy food you're going to eat for that week. and drink plenty of water...
if you want a complete reversal, try to exercise 2 hours a day for the next two days, drink a lot of water with lemon and cayenne peppers as a detox and eat only raw foods for the next two or three days.

well thats simple =]
all you need to do is eat less and less of the junk food a day.
that way you and your body are use to the changes.
make sure not to change your diet quick.
your body may not be use to the changes, so take it slow
if not you may get the following: Acne, bad stomachs and head aches
make sure to exrise at least 30 minutes a day
exrising will make you feel and look great!

Good luck <33

I try to eat healthy and i workout everyday, i lift weights and do cardio (running, bicycle machine)

And im 16 almost 17, its become part of me.

Ok so heres what i do after im forced to go off my healthy diet routine due to vacation, family affair, ect...

The next day ill work out a little harder and run a little farther to burn off the crap i put in me, ANd also I eat extremely healthy, and drink crap loads of water to flush your self out.

take your multi vitamin to! never forget to take it, If you dont take one now you should start.

after eating unhealthy you kindas feel bad and after drinking lots of water and exercising a harder than usual youll be back on track and feel better.

(im not anorexic im tryign to gainw eight right now (bulking) i eat my daily 3 meals and make sure i get an extra 1000 calories a day, unhealthy i mean Fried foods, cokes, sodas, sugary stuff ect... which i always avoid)

Peace-
