i found that my friend system's admintrator account is locked. i boot up form cd to change user name and password but this says that the admintrator account is locked. how can i unlock? i can't go to the windows screen even on safe mode. please only reply if you are sure of doing how? if you need more description please ask me. thank you

THIS WORKED FOR ME!
download a program call wineternals (ISO), um. . . . where you get it from its up to you. you can make a boot cd with this and it comes with another program called locksmith, you can change your admin password with this
