I've always loved deep dark rich chocolate.
I enjoy it mixed with a variety of things and put on fruit.
But, I hate to tell everyone,
Europeans have us beat in the chocolate department.
When I went to Sweden and have some Swedish and Sw Swiss chocolates, they tasted more pure and creamier. They are expensive and can't find them here much. But, they certainly trump Hershey, nestley and many other US companies.
Sorry, but truth.
I don't know if these companies put wax or p parafene of something in their chocolate, but you can taste the dif.
Deep, dark and rich!
