I have found a dog that has a licking county (ohio) lisence and I can't find the web site to look up the dogs owner. Anyone know the web site name.

Phone the county licensing office and give them the number on the tag they will either take your phone number or provide you with the phone number/address of the owners,
From there you can make arrangement with the owners to get the dog

if u live in a rural area chances are it was dumped but even if it was ou still need to finf the owner somehow.police. there is a slight possibility that the animal shelter may know.

call animal control or the police. they can get in contact with the owner! they're probably worried sick...
maybe the dog is even chipped,... you won't be able to do this on your own. Leave it to the professionals
