Yes, it helps with short term memory quite nicely. It's basically an herb that increases circulation (blood flow) throughout the body, but more specifically to the brain. This helps reduce the effects of "free radicals", or molecules that can cause cell damage. It is very good for you and, even more important, it's all natural...not a chemical!!
