Someone recently asked a question about the Da Vinci Code, and one person's response was a link:
http://www.debunkingdavinci.com/...
While reading that site, I came across this statement:
"The Book is filled with historical and factual errors. Here are just a few to make the point. If this book is wrong on such minor points why would anybody trust it for eternal issues?"
So I ask, after you look at this link:
http://www.skepticsannotatedbible.com/contra/by_name.html
... is there a strong comparision between the Bible and the Da Vinci Code?

To Serena,
Just a note, I've looked over Tektonics more than a few times, and am still surprised people use it. The man who put it together has admitted that he doesn't know Greek, Aramaic, or Hebrew... and the computer translation program he uses has been shown repeatedly to be inaccurate.
Plus, he is of the Preterist view, which is that all biblical prophesy was fulfilled by 70 A.D. with the destruction of the temple. He has flat out said that that is the only way he can attempt to make the bible work. The last I checked, the preterist view isn't very popular among most Christians.

And I hate to say it, but I think most are missing the point here, which is probably my fault.
I wanted to show that the quote I gave is deeply ironic when you consider the scores of errors in the bible.
