Love handles are usually on a guy, but I don't think there is any one exercise to get rid of what is fat. I would suggest general exercise program and portion control.

Spot exercizes rarely work to get rid of fat. They may help firm up certain muscles, and help you look more firm and sleek, but if you have love handles, it's possible you need to drop a few pounds. Recent studies have shown that walking or jogging diminishes abdominal fat, probably because it's a good overall exercize and it helps strengthen a lot of muscles. Hop on a treadmill or walk around your neighborhood for at least 30 minutes 4-5 times a week and I'll bet you'll notice a difference. Also, if you're getting older, your body changes and your waist thickens, so it may not be possible to look as slim as you did at a younger age.

Hip Hop Abs. I started it today and love it! It's all about the thighs, abs (all of them) and cardio. Great workout. Cost is about $60 for whole set.
