I started a new job and this guy always flirts with me,but he mostly does it when his friends are around. This one day i went outside and he was in his car and said'do you wanna come for a ride'? and because i was working i didnt go. I dont know what to think,i really like him,help!?

It depends. If he flirts a lot with most girls, chances are that he's just a flirt. (So if you work with any other girls, see how he interacts with them compared to how he is with you.) But if he only flirts like that with you, he probably likes you.
It's interesting that he mostly does it when his friends are around. He might just be trying to show off how good he is with girls, or something like that. Then again, it might just be because being around his friends gives him more confidence. It's hard to tell.
Anyways, since he's flirting with you and you like him, it couldn't hurt to flirt back and see what happens. Go for it.
