I am 15 years old, and i am very conscience about my weight, i am currently just over 11 stone. Although this is a perfectly fine weight, i am still not comfterble, and would like to loose a stone.

I also have a bad diet.
Irregular eating etc.

Please help. Its really starting to get me down.

for weight and heart and vascular this diet is good ;
mainstay of raw vegetables everyday I use a salad for this
spinach lettuces radishes onion cucumber carrot celery light low fat or no fat dressing next priority cooked vegetables next moderate fruits avoid oils fats meat chicken fish and dairy products cut sulfides this diet in at least three meals a day will reduce your chance of stroke and heart attack by 68%.Add a gallon of water each day for hydration and you should be in business. After the first two weeks I'll add moderate meat of fish or chicken for protein in one meal a day also cut simple sugars to a minimum with simple carbohydrates omitted replaced with complex carbs like wild or long grain unbleached rice and whole grains instead of processed ones . I lost 100lbs and reclaimed much health .
check with your physician for any deficiencies that might contribute to problems as well .this high fiber low fat low carb diet is the best the more raw veggies on a consistent daily basis the better they will balance the meats that fall through the cracks as well this mitigating factor is very important to your cholesterol triglycerides and prostaglandin activity.

I have no idea what 11 stone is but I know how to lose weight because I once lost 100 lbs and have kept it off for 10 years. Eat 5 small meals a day but mor important exercise for at least 60 minutes 3-4 days a week. You need aerobics such as running and steps and resitance such as sit ups and push ups or, if available, weight training from a trainer. Not power lifting as its destructive.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

start by planning healthy meals. limit yourself on heavy carbs and fat. Then go out and get active. shoot hoops, bike ride, play soccer, basketball, whatever . It you follow this plan, you'll lose weight in no time. Also it wouldn't hurt to follow up with your doctor to check on any medical issues that may come up due to a bad lifestyle. Good Luck.
